I approach this business very differently than the vast majority of agents and I like to showcase this difference. I see my role as expanded beyond that of a typical salesperson. I am more of a consultant….a trusted advisor. 

As a Trusted Advisor, my purpose is not just to show and sell houses. I know how important my family is and I always remember that when I represent my clients. In addition to showing properties and executing contracts I always look out for my clients' best interest. I make certain they make Good Decisions that will impact their family and wallet for years to come. 

How do I do this? 

I will take the time to focus on and understand your needs. 
I will decide if and how I can help you. 
I will showcase to you exactly how I can help you, and then you can decide if you want to invite me to be your advisor. 

What is my role as an advisor? : 

Advisor: I will never sell or pressure you. It is my responsibility to educate and counsel you. I will guide you through the entire process. I will transfer appropriate knowledge to your seat so that you can make good decisions that are best for you. It is also my obligation and duty to always look out for your best interest and to make your interest my first priority, over and above everything else. 

Master Marketer: Provide you total market exposure. I do this by using all the tools available to me. I will use my networking, innovative techniques and state of the art technology so I can better serve my clients' needs and interests. This also incorporates having all the needed services (mortgage, insurance, closing, etc) conveniently available under one roof. 

Skillful Negotiator: In the real estate business this is where many times the sale begins or ends. If the agent is not a skillful negotiator they can alienate the other party or weaken the position of their client. You don’t get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate. Anyone can write up an offer but to prepare and package it for acceptance is quite different. 

Expert Facilitator: I will handle the entire process and make certain that it is worry free. I will eliminate 80% of problems from ever arising with my attention to detail and by using my “Transaction Management System”. 

I am always ready to help, and I am committed to working hard to help you reach your Real Estate goals, whether it’s selling your current home or to help you find the new home that best suits your personal needs, tastes and wants. As a full time agent, Real Estate is my business and I will work hard for you. I am a lifetime Maryland resident, specializing in Carroll County and the surrounding areas. I am a trained Accredited Buyer’s Representative and am Workforce Housing Certified (one of the first in the State to earn this certification). These tools give me the skills to better assist you with the purchase of your new home and to handle the unique requirements of the first-time homebuyer. 

I am a member of The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), The Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR), The Carroll County Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) and The Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC).
